Sorumluluk Sınırlamaları
Gönderici tarafından bu formda verilen hatalı veya eksik bilgi nedeniyle Transfer tutarının alıcıya teslim edilememesi, iade olması, hatalı veya eksik IBAN numarası nedeniyle meydana gelebilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zarar veya kayıplardan PayPorter sorumlu değildir.
Yetkili idari veya adli makamlar tarafından gönderen veya alıcı hakkında ihtiyati tedbirler alınması, gönderen veya alıcı bilgilerinin ulusal veya uluslararası makamlarca yayınlanan herhangi bir yaptırım listesinde yer alması durumunda, ayrıca transfer tutarının muhabir banka veya alıcının ödeme kuruluşu tarafından işleme alınmaması veya haczedilmesi veya benzer sebeplerle alıcıya ödenmemesi hallerinde PayPorter sorumlu değildir.
PayPorter SWIFT işlemleri nedeniyle muhabir bankaların talep edeceği ekstra masraflardan ve iade işlemlerin maliyetinden sorumlu olmayacaktır.
Liability Limitations
PayPorter cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential damage or loss to occur due to non-delivery of the transfer amount to the recipient as a result of false or incomplete information or missing or incomplete IBAN number given by the Sender on this form.
PayPorter shall not be held liable in case that the transfer cannot be processed or the transfer amount cannot be paid to the recipient due to such reasons that the sender or recipient information is listed in any sanction list published by the local or international authorities or there are precautionary measures applicable by competent administrative or judicial authorities about the sender or receiver or the transfer amount is confiscated by the correspondent bank or recipient's payment institution.
PayPorter shall not be held responsible for extra costs of SWIFT transactions or costs of rejected transfers to be charged by correspondent banks.
Kabul ve Beyan
Bu formu doldurmak suretiyle bu formda yer alan hüküm ve koşulları okuduğumu ve kabul ettiğimi, bu formda yer alan bilgilerin tarafımca tam ve doğru olarak yazıldığını beyan eder, bu kapsamda talimat verdiğim tutarın, formda belirtiğim alıcı bilgileri ve ödeme yöntemi doğrultusunda transfer edilmesini rica ederim.

Gerçek Faydalandırıcı Beyanı
Formu doldurmak suretiyle, 5549 sayılı Suç Gelirlerinin Aklanmasının Önlenmesine Dair Kanun'un 15 inci maddesinde tanımlanan gerçek faydalanıcı sıfatıyla hareket ettiğinizi kabul, beyan ve taahhüt etmektesiniz.
Başkası adına hareket etmeniz halinde 5549 Sayılı Kanun ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında adına işlem yaptığınız kişinin kimlik bilgileri ile yetki durumunu işlem yapılmadan önce PayPorter'a yazılı olarak bildirmeniz gerektiğini kabul ve beyan etmektesiniz.
Beneficiary Declaration
By filling out this form, you have all declared that you act as the real beneficiary as defined in "Article no: 15 of Law No 5549 on Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime".
In case that you act on behalf of a third party, prior to transaction, you further agree and undertake to declare to PayPorter in written form, the identity of the principle (true beneficiary) and show proof of your authorization as a proxy, in accordance with the articles of Law No: 5549 and related legislation.
