This Agreement has been concluded between Codevisor Bilişim Çözümleri Ltd. Şti. ("Codevisor") and the user. T-Point is a brand and digital platform owned by Codevisor, and all services offered are provided by Codevisor.
All intellectual property rights and trademark registrations related to the T-Point application belong to Codevisor; user relations, contract processes and representation authorizations are carried out directly by Codevisor legal entity.
If you have a T-Point account, you gain access to various digital services and advantages offered through the platform. These services may include VAT refund programs, digital product and service purchases, participation in promotions, and benefiting from various campaigns. This Agreement is a Framework Agreement covering all these services related to your account.
This Agreement determines the conditions of the services we provide. Please read carefully before using our services. Important information is explained such as who you are dealing with, how we provide services, how the agreement will be modified or terminated, what to do when there is a problem, and other important information.
By becoming a member of our application and/or using our services (for example, creating a T-Point account, downloading the application and logging in), you declare that you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept the Agreement, please do not use our services.
In this Agreement:
T-Point: A brand and digital platform owned by Codevisor Bilişim Çözümleri Ltd. Şti. Tax-Free refund services and other digital services are provided to users through this platform.
Account: The user account opened by the user in accordance with this Agreement and enabling the use of T-Point services.
Application (App): The digital platform covering the mobile application software belonging to T-Point and the data, content and services provided through this software.
Business Day: Working days remaining in Turkey except Saturday, Sunday or official holidays.
Products: Portable goods purchased from Turkey for personal use and carried abroad. These products must have been purchased from a VAT-registered retailer in Turkey.
Retailer: A product/service provider seller who is VAT-registered in Turkey and works integrated with T-Point or intermediary institutions.
Services: All digital services, content, features, technologies, functions provided by T-Point and all applications, websites and functionalities offered to users.
Tax-Free Document: Invoice or information slip related to tax refund provided by the retailer. Customs approval process is carried out based on this document.
Cancellation Fee: The transaction fee to be applied when the user requests transaction cancellation or withdrawal without a valid reason.
Website: All internet sites where T-Point provides services, including www.tpoint.app, www.t-point.app domain names and subpages.
T-Point Wallet: The digital wallet system where the user can view, spend and manage their VAT refund balance and other defined credits, if any, within the T-Point application.
Metropol Card: A closed-loop prepaid card system valid in Turkey, operated by Metropal Kurumsal Hizmetler A.Ş. Thanks to T-Point wallet integration, Tax-Free refund amounts transferred to the wallet by users can be spent in stores and restaurants bearing the Metropol Card logo in Turkey.
Tax-Free Intermediary Institution: Licensed companies authorized to provide VAT refund services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Turkey.
Codevisor: The company that owns and operates the T-Point platform and is directly responsible for providing all services.
E-money Institution: Institutions licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey and carrying out payment services and electronic money activities.
PayPorter: PayPorter Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş.; a licensed electronic money institution. Money transfers made to names are carried out through this institution's infrastructure.
NKolay: N Kolay Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.; a licensed payment institution used for credit card payments in the T-Point application. Provides virtual POS infrastructure.
T-Point Member Business: Businesses that have contracts with T-Point and where users can make payments through T-Point Wallet.
We allow you to use the application under license, subject to this Agreement and the rules of providers such as App Store or Google Play. The application is not sold to you, ownership remains with us.
Updates may come to the application from time to time. Some services may not be available unless a new version is downloaded and new terms are accepted.
In return for your acceptance to comply with the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a non-transferable and non-exclusive usage license.
Codevisor Bilişim Çözümleri Ltd. Şti. is a company established under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. T-Point is a brand and digital platform owned by Codevisor. All services offered are provided and managed by Codevisor.
Codevisor, through the T-Point platform; within the framework of agreements made with licensed Tax-Free intermediary institutions, payment infrastructure providers and various service platforms, provides users with access to VAT refund services through mobile applications, the ability to make expenditures through closed-loop wallet infrastructure, and transfers refund amounts to their cards and names. Name transfer transactions are carried out as a Representative of PayPorter Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş., which is a licensed payment institution.
In addition, T-Point provides users with access to various digital services such as transportation, communication, airport services through the mobile application under advantageous conditions. It also supports users' shopping and service experiences by offering discounts, campaigns and special opportunities valid at contracted stores and businesses.
Transactions carried out within the scope of VAT refund are carried out as follows:
Users can request customs-approved Tax-Free refund amounts to their Visa, MasterCard and Amex cards or by transfer to their name. For this transaction, only card number, name-surname and country information is taken; expiration date or security code is not requested. Money transfer transactions to be made to names are carried out by Codevisor as a representative of PayPorter Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş., which is a licensed payment institution.
Users can transfer customs-approved refund amounts to T-Point Wallet and spend them at contracted member businesses or at stores and restaurants bearing the Metropol Card logo. T-Point Wallet provides access to the Metropol payment network through technical integrations; in this context, the balance in the wallet can be used directly valid within the Metropol network.
While T-Point directs users' expenditures, it is not responsible for the content of related products and services. Additionally, some services and products can be purchased directly with credit cards through the application. These payments are made through the Virtual POS infrastructure provided by the licensed payment institution NKolay. Codevisor cannot be held responsible for provision rejection, insufficient balance or technical problems that may occur in credit card transactions.
Codevisor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, quality problems or similar situations arising from external service providers.
Everyone can benefit from the services offered through the T-Point platform. However, the VAT refund program is only intended for foreign nationals who do not reside in Turkey and visit the country. Other services (such as promotions, campaigns, reservation services or in-app shopping) can also be used by users residing in Turkey. The user agrees to act understanding which service is offered under which conditions.
Users who want to benefit from the VAT refund program must have purchased the products for personal consumption and must have taken these products out of Turkey with their personal luggage by the end of the third month following the purchase date.
We may contact you through the application, by e-mail, through the phone number you provided during registration (instant messaging applications) or through your registered address.
All information you provide to us must always be complete, accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for financial losses that may arise if you do not update this information. When necessary, we may request you to confirm the accuracy of this information or submit additional documents (work permit, residence permit, consulate card, passport, etc.).
All transactions made under the T-Point account are considered to have been made by the registered user. Services can only be used on your own behalf, you cannot conduct transactions on behalf of others.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, you can only open one T-Point account. In case multiple accounts are opened in the name of the same user, we reserve the right to close or merge these accounts.
Due to legal obligations and our agreements, we are obliged to perform identity verification and security controls before providing services. In this context, identity information, communication details and supporting documents may be requested from the user when necessary.
In some cases, due to current legislation, international sanctions, risk assessments or regulations related to payment systems; documents such as passport images, country entry-exit records may need to be requested.
Some of this information may be shared with licensed electronic money institutions that mediate payments. These institutions may request additional information such as profession, income status from users within the scope of their legal obligations. All shared information is used only for the purpose of fulfilling these legal obligations and is protected within the framework of security measures.
Codevisor reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information requested from you and, if necessary, to query this information through third parties.
Codevisor carries out processes related to VAT refund (Tax-Free) services on behalf of contracted and licensed Tax-Free intermediary institutions through the T-Point platform.
T-Point platform does not offer cash refund option. By accepting these terms, you waive your right to claim cash refunds.
Tax-Free refund amounts can be transferred to T-Point Wallet by the user. In this case, refund amounts can be used at T-Point's contracted member businesses or at businesses included in the Metropol system. The places where amounts transferred to the wallet can be spent are stores and restaurants bearing the Metropol Card logo for the Metropol system; for the T-Point side, they are the businesses additionally shown in the application.
Amounts transferred to the wallet are subject to different transaction authorities according to their source.
Customs-approved Tax-Free refund amounts can be used by users in in-platform expenditures, as well as transferred to names through PayPorter infrastructure.
Amounts loaded by credit card or prepaid method are defined to be used only within the borders of Turkey, at T-Point member businesses or at points included in the Metropol system. These amounts cannot be transferred to another card, account or name.
If the user does not use this spendable amount within a reasonable time or does not make any transaction request, the relevant balance is considered as service fee and an invoice is issued on behalf of the user. This invoiced amount can also only be used in in-platform expenditures; its transfer outside, conversion to cash or transfer to third parties is not possible.
The user accepts and declares that T-Point has provided clear and understandable information about the transferability of the amounts in the Wallet balance; in this context, only customs-approved Tax-Free sourced amounts give the right to name transfer and amounts loaded by credit card or other means can only be used for spending purposes. The user who accepts in advance that this distinction will be applied also accepts in advance that requests to the contrary will not be processed.
When exiting Turkey, it is mandatory to obtain customs approval by presenting the shopping invoice or information slip related to the products you purchased together with your passport and additional documents that the customs officer may request (such as boarding pass, etc.).
The relevant customs and/or tax administration decides whether refund requests will be valid or not. T-Point is not responsible for the decisions of these institutions.
If VAT amounts that are directly under the responsibility of the Intermediary Institution are requested to be refunded from Codevisor as a result of customs or tax inspection, Codevisor has the right to recover this amount from the user. The user accepts that since they transacted through Codevisor, it is possible for the refund amount to be collected by Codevisor.
Codevisor is not responsible for lost documents submitted to customs/tax administration.
Applications made without obtaining valid approval from customs authorities or refund requests for products not taken abroad by the end of the third month following the purchase date are not processed through the T-Point platform. The user is obliged to comply with all periods and procedures required for the tax refund process. Codevisor accepts no responsibility for transactions made without customs approval, with incomplete documents or carried out outside the legal period.
While T-Point takes all necessary technical and administrative measures for users to use the services safely, it accepts liability within the framework of the conditions explicitly stated in this contract for any loss, damage or disruption that may arise due to the nature of the service. Limited or exceptional liability provisions apply for all other situations.
The user declares that all information and documents transmitted through the T-Point platform are accurate, complete and up-to-date. They are obliged to make necessary controls before conducting transactions.
The user is solely responsible for all direct or indirect damages arising from transactions made due to systematic error, incorrect information entry or carelessness. Codevisor does not accept liability for such damages.
In case of detection of malicious and fraudulent actions such as submission of fake documents, transaction imitation, manipulation on the system, creation of multiple accounts, Codevisor has the right to immediately suspend the user account, freeze existing balance and receivables of the user and apply to legal authorities when necessary.
The user is obliged to obtain valid approval from customs authorities and complete transactions within the legal period in Tax-Free refund processes. Codevisor does not accept any responsibility within the scope of services provided through the T-Point platform for applications made without customs approval or outside the period.
The user is obliged to use T-Point services in accordance with current laws and the rules specified in this contract. The user is personally responsible for damages arising from misuse of services, engaging in illegal activities or acting contrary to the contract. This responsibility continues even after the termination of the service provided through the T-Point platform.
Through the application, users can access and purchase various third-party services. Codevisor cannot be held responsible for any negativity that may arise during the use of these services, including delays, disruptions, quality problems or accidents. The user accepts that when purchasing such services, they are directly under the responsibility of the service provider.
If we fail to fulfill our obligations under this contract or fail to show the necessary care and skill, we accept liability for foreseeable damages. Foreseeable damage is damage that both parties are aware of after the contract is accepted and has a possibility of occurring. Technical errors, data loss or temporary system unavailability can be given as examples.
Codevisor is not responsible for damages and losses that may occur due to the following situations:
Interruptions from third-party service providers
Internet connection problems
Data losses caused by user error
Codevisor cannot be held responsible in such situations. However, necessary measures are taken in situations where responsibility is accepted.
Codevisor is not responsible for unforeseeable damages and losses. These are situations where the risk was not explicitly discussed when the contract was established or could not be reasonably foreseen. For example, unexpected infrastructure outages, hardware failures or user errors.
To determine whether a damage is foreseeable, it is considered whether both parties were aware of the risk in question. If this risk was not explicitly stated and arose from an external unexpected factor, Codevisor is not responsible.
Codevisor only provides digital platform and service mediation through the T-Point platform. Therefore, it cannot be held responsible for results arising from services that directly require physical intervention. Responsibility for such situations belongs to third parties providing the relevant service.
The T-Point platform is designed for individual users. Codevisor cannot be held responsible for damages such as business loss, profit loss, business stoppage arising from commercial use of services.
Codevisor is not responsible for damages arising from viruses, malicious software, cyber attacks or similar threats. However, we continuously take measures to ensure system security.
Codevisor is not responsible for third-party systems accessed through the T-Point platform, the content or security of sites. All risk and responsibility related to these sites belongs to the user.
No liability is accepted for delays or disruptions in services due to reasons beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, epidemic diseases, legal regulations.
You must use T-Point services in compliance with laws. The user is responsible for damages and costs arising from misuse of services, actions contrary to laws or violation of this contract. This obligation continues even after the user account is closed.
The provision of various third-party services (e.g., transfer, reservation, digital products, etc.) accessible through the T-Point application is under the responsibility of the relevant service providers. Codevisor only offers these services to users through the T-Point platform and does not act on behalf of any provider. In this context, the user accepts the following risks and limitations:
Failure to provide the service on time or at all;
Service quality not meeting expectations;
Technical disruptions or infrastructure problems that may occur during service;
Reservation or payment problems related to the service;
Possible personal damages or accidents that may arise from service use.
Codevisor assumes no direct or indirect responsibility regarding the content, execution or result of these services. All responsibility belongs to the third-party business providing the service.
Codevisor does not accept any compensation liability in case service access is temporarily stopped due to maintenance, update or system improvement works to be carried out on the service infrastructure. In such situations, reasonable effort is made to inform the user in advance if possible.
You are deemed to have accepted the following conditions within the scope of this Agreement:
You must provide your personal information as specified in sections 7 and 8;
You must not behave in a way that creates the impression that you are acting on behalf of Codevisor or any intermediary institution or engage in activities in this direction;
The products listed in the Tax-Free Document must be the same as the products taken out of Turkey;
When leaving Turkey, you must obtain customs approval (stamp or other official approval) of the Tax-Free Document to verify the export of products;
You must comply with the legislation of the Republic of Turkey, especially the VAT General Application Communiqué.
You also accept that your VAT refund request may be rejected in the following situations:
Your information being incorrect, incomplete, misleading or insufficient or suspicion of illegal activity (including fraud),
Having previously applied for a refund or received a refund for the same products,
Customs or tax administrations evaluating that you do not have the right to a refund.
You must declare your right to claim VAT refund within the scope of the Retail Export System. Misleading declarations can lead to serious sanctions. Additional information may be requested from you in this case. In case of suspected fraud, no refund is made and sharing with relevant authorities may be made.
Codevisor may impose penalty applications for some rule violations in order to ensure that users use the T-Point platform and services correctly. The situations specified below may require the application of certain sanctions within this framework.
In case of detection of malicious and fraudulent actions such as the user submitting fake documents, making transaction imitation, performing manipulation on the system or creating multiple user accounts, Codevisor has the right to immediately suspend the relevant user account, freeze the balance and receivables belonging to the user, if any, and initiate legal proceedings when necessary.
If the user arbitrarily cancels transactions made through the T-Point application or without showing a valid reason, a penalty equal to the amount specified in the transaction or service terms is deducted from the user account. This penalty is applied when transaction cancellation is requested and the service is not used. Tax-Free amounts transferred to Metropol Card cannot be refunded and cannot be transferred to another card/account. It is only valid at Metropol member businesses in Turkey.
The user is responsible for all damages and costs arising from transactions made with incomplete or incorrect information. In these situations, penalties and additional fees are deducted from the user or collected directly.
In case the user violates any of the provisions in this Agreement, the penalty amount determined for the relevant provision is requested from the user. Collection of this penalty can be made through payment request from the user. Payment can be made by the user with credit card or similar instruments. Additionally, if the user has a customs-approved Tax-Free refund amount, Codevisor can collect this amount by requesting it from the relevant intermediary institution.
If the user does not fulfill their payment obligations on time while benefiting from T-Point services, delay interest is applied for each day. Service can be suspended until payment is made and additional penalty can be applied due to delay.
In case of detection of malicious actions such as the user using fake documents, making transaction imitation, performing manipulation on the system, opening multiple accounts or misusing the T-Point platform, the user account is immediately suspended. The user's existing balance and receivables can be frozen and notification can be made to relevant legal authorities. Within this scope, a penalty is additionally collected from the user for the purpose of compensation for damages and costs that may occur. When deemed necessary, customs-approved Tax-Free refund amounts belonging to the user can also be requested from the relevant intermediary institution and offset.
Codevisor may terminate this Agreement by giving you 5 (five) days' written notice or may terminate or suspend your account or related services. In extraordinary circumstances, the contract may be terminated immediately with written notice. These situations include:
Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other crimes,
Failure to provide necessary information or reasonable doubt about the accuracy of the information provided,
Serious or repeated violation of these terms and failure to correct within 2 business days despite notification,
Possibility that the use of the application or website may harm Codevisor, its systems or software,
Possibility of damaging our reputation due to account use,
Failure to make overdue payments on time,
Due to legal regulations, court decisions or instructions from official authorities,
Inability to provide services due to force majeure.
Codevisor may also terminate this Agreement and close your account for other reasons. In this case, notification will be made through the application at least two months in advance. When the contract terminates, the application becomes unusable.
Codevisor may temporarily suspend the user account, take transactions under detailed examination and notify relevant legal authorities when necessary if it detects unusual transaction intensity, risky transaction detection, suspicious user behavior or a situation threatening system security. Users cannot make any damage or compensation claims due to suspension operations to be carried out within this scope.
You can only terminate this Agreement by giving us written notice. Services cannot be canceled; however, if you do not want to use the services, you can delete the application from your device. Deleting the application does not mean terminating the contract.
As Codevisor, we need to collect some personal information about you in order to provide this service. By being a party to this Agreement, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data.
All personal data is processed and protected within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You can access details such as for what purposes your data is processed, how long it is stored, your rights and how you can use these rights from the Privacy Policy at www.codevisor.com.tr.
You can withdraw this permission by terminating the contract and closing your account. In this case, our data processing activity for the purpose of providing service ends; however, we may continue to store your data for a certain period within the scope of legal obligations.
Intellectual property rights related to all content, logos and designs in the application and website belong to Codevisor. Logos and designs belonging to member businesses are shared with the approval of the relevant businesses, Codevisor, authorized intermediary institutions or contracted member businesses, and intellectual property responsibility belongs to the relevant businesses.
These rights cannot be used for your own benefit without Codevisor's permission. Copying products through reverse engineering is also prohibited.

We welcome all kinds of feedback (positive or negative).
This Agreement is accepted and approved by you in digital environment. The contract enters into force when you click the "CONTINUE" button after registering to the application. This acceptance is considered a legally binding declaration of consent.
This contract is only between you and us. Rights based on the contract cannot be transferred to others. Codevisor Bilişim Çözümleri Ltd. Şti. is responsible for all services provided within the scope of this Agreement. T-Point is only the brand and digital platform where services are provided.
Codevisor may transfer its rights and obligations based on this Agreement, wholly or partially, to a third party in a way that will not adversely affect users' rights arising from the contract. This transfer can be realized for commercial and legal reasons such as changes in company structure, investor entry, establishment of subsidiaries, restructuring of business line or company sale.
The user accepts in advance that in case of such a transfer, their relationship with the new party will continue under the same conditions and all rights and obligations arising from the contract will pass to the acquiring company.
These conditions may be changed for the following reasons:
Making them clearer,
Technological updates or changes in service structure,
Legal regulations,
Changes in operating costs,
Offering new services.
This Agreement is subject to the legislation of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Central Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for the resolution of disputes that may arise between the parties.
Each article is valid separately. The invalidity of one article does not affect the validity of others.
This contract replaces all previous contracts.
Our failure to immediately exercise our rights in case of violation of this contract does not mean that we have waived these rights.
Special conditions regarding services that are not covered by this Framework Agreement and may be offered in the future may be separately regulated under Annexes when necessary. Annexes are considered an integral part of this Agreement from the moment they enter into force.
